How we work
Title, leases, permits and the contracts that get a building built.
We act for investors, developers, owners and tenants on acquisitions, leases and development projects: checking title and encumbrances in the state register, structuring how the property is held, and drafting the contracts through to registration.
On construction projects we advise from land allocation and permits, through the building contract, to commissioning — and on the disputes projects produce when schedules slip or payments stop.
