Gunel graduated with distinction from the SABAH Program at Baku State University. She participated in organizing local moot court and arbitration competitions, supporting students in preparing legal articles, and organizing various legal discussion forums.

Günel applies her theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the fields of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property. Before joining our firm, she gained legal experience at one of Azerbaijan's leading industrial companies. During that time, she gained practical experience in various aspects of a large industrial enterprise's legal activities, including drafting and legal analysis of contracts, preparing legal opinions, researching legislation, and other legal matters.

As a junior legal associate at VLM, Gunel participates in the drafting and legal analysis of lease, service and other commercial agreements. Additionally, she provides legal services to clients on matters of legal entity registration, amendments to charter documents and other corporate law issues.
