Recent amendments made venture capital funds a category of their own under the Law on Investment Funds, introduced the professional investor, and gave convertible loans, SAFEs and employee share plans a statutory basis. We advise fund managers on setting up and licensing funds and management companies under the new framework, and founders and investors on the rounds those funds will make.
