Structuring, tendering and negotiating partnerships with the state.
The Law on Public-Private Partnership, in force since December 2022, brought partnerships in construction, infrastructure and energy under one framework. We advise across the life of a project: structuring and feasibility, the tender and the bid, negotiation of the project agreement, and the approvals that follow signature.
We work alongside the firm's finance lawyers, so a project agreement is drafted with the lenders' requirements in view rather than renegotiated to meet them.
