How we work
Treaty claims and disputes between foreign investors and the state.
Azerbaijan is a party to the ICSID Convention and has bilateral investment treaties with many countries. We help investors understand the protection their structure gives them, negotiate with the authorities, and bring claims before courts and arbitration institutions when negotiation fails.
Because the same firm advises on investment structuring, that protection can be built in when an investment is made, not only examined when it is threatened.
