Junior Legal Associate
Fatima is a Junior Legal Associate at VLM and Partners.
Her practice includes drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, preparing legal opinions, and conducting legal research. She also advises on corporate changes, company liquidations, trademark registration matters, sponsorship agreements, data protection, regulatory requirements in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, tax aspects of corporate transactions, and other sector-specific legal matters.
Prior to joining our team, Fatima developed practical experience across various areas of law, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial matters, contract law, legal research, litigation, and the preparation of corporate and procedural documents.
In addition to her legal practice, Fatima graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Baku State University (SABAH Groups). She has further developed her professional skills through academic research, editorial work, and volunteer initiatives with international organizations and public institutions.
