How we work
Facility agreements, security and enforcement.
Our team has experience in financings from international finance institutions and foreign banks to Azerbaijani borrowers, as well as in domestic lending. We negotiate the facility documents, take and register the security, and issue the Azerbaijani law opinions a lender needs before it disburses.
