She has advised on company registrations for both local and foreign founders, handled corporate changes, supported the acquisition of work and residence permits, resolved employment issues, and registered trademarks locally and internationally. Sevil is also experienced in drafting a broad range of commercial contracts, including sale and purchase, service, lease, franchise agreements, as well as preparing legal opinions and client-focused guidance documents.
Prior to joining our team, she served as a lawyer at a local consulting firm, where she focused on public procurement, and dispute resolution through mediation and litigation, and compliance support.
