Crew Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for rig crew
• Be a focal point between rig crew and Rig manager/HR department
• To create and run a crew rota with clear on/off days of rig crew
• To work in close cooperation with radio operator/rig admin in all matters regarding rig crew
• To provide HR department with any kind of leave requests (annual leave, unpaid leave, educational leave and etc.) received from rig crew
• To advise all stakeholders on any changes/additions in the crew schedule
• When required to assist company in any other HR matters that is deemed necessary and as directed by HR / Rig Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a crew coordination or logistics role, preferably in the oil and gas sector
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both spoken and written)
Russian language is an advantage
