Office Administrator
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
• Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and customers to the appropriate staff member/office
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Pick up and deliver the mail
• Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment
• Receive, direct and relay phone, fax and e-mail messages
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone -calls
• Perform other related duties as required
